These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by AD Streetbulls Research Services (SEBI Reg. No. INH000012254). By availing our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services

We provide research recommendations in securities as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst. Our recommendations are advisory in nature. We do not execute trades, handle client funds or securities, or guarantee any returns.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to persons competent to contract under applicable Indian law. Clients are required to complete the necessary KYC and provide accurate information.

3. Fees

Fees for services are as communicated to the client at the time of onboarding and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Risk Disclosure

Investments in securities are subject to market risks. All investment decisions are taken by the client at their own discretion and risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. No Guaranteed Returns

We do not offer any guaranteed, assured or fixed return product or scheme. Any communication promising such returns in our name should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

6. Client Responsibilities

• To provide accurate and complete information.
• To make independent investment decisions.
• Not to share research recommendations with third parties without consent.
• Not to transfer funds for investment to the Research Analyst.

7. Limitation of Liability

AD Streetbulls Research Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance upon, any recommendation. The maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the agreed terms. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the Firm's registered location.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
