Code of Conduct

AD Streetbulls Research Services adheres to the following Code of Conduct in the discharge of its responsibilities as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst:

1. Honesty and Good Faith

We shall act honestly, in good faith and with due skill, care and diligence in the conduct of all business.

2. Diligence

We shall act diligently in preparing and publishing research reports and recommendations, ensuring they are based on a thorough and fair analysis.

3. Conflict of Interest

We shall effectively address conflicts of interest which may arise, make appropriate disclosures, and ensure that such conflicts do not adversely affect the interests of clients.

4. Insider Trading and Market Manipulation

We shall comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations, and shall not engage in any manipulative or deceptive conduct.

5. Confidentiality

We shall maintain the confidentiality of client information and shall not disclose it except where required by law or with the client's consent.

6. Professional Standard

We shall maintain high standards of integrity and fairness in all dealings and render the best possible advice to clients in line with their requirements.

7. Compliance

We shall comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to the conduct of our business, including maintaining records and complying with the code of conduct prescribed by SEBI.

8. Responsibility of the Research Analyst

We shall ensure that research recommendations are not influenced by any prospect of compensation, and that the personnel preparing research are suitably qualified and certified by NISM.

9. No Assured Returns

We shall not make any statement, orally or in writing, that may indicate an assurance or guarantee of returns, directly or indirectly.

10. Fair Treatment

We shall ensure fair treatment of all clients and shall not discriminate amongst them.
