Refund Policy
Our policy regarding fees and refunds for research services.
This Refund Policy applies to the fees paid for research services availed from AD Streetbulls Research Services.
1. Nature of Services
Research services are advisory and intangible in nature. Once a subscription is activated and recommendations are made available, the service is treated as delivered.
2. No Refund for Market Losses
Fees are charged for research and recommendations and are not linked to the performance of any recommendation. No refund shall be made on account of any loss, notional or actual, arising from investment decisions.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions, once activated, are generally non-refundable. Any request for cancellation or refund must be made in writing to adstreetbulls@gmail.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Firm, subject to applicable regulatory guidelines.
4. Duplicate / Erroneous Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment or a payment made in error, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source after verification, typically within 7–10 working days.
5. Taxes
Applicable taxes (such as GST) are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. How to Request a Refund
Eligible refund requests should be sent to adstreetbulls@gmail.com with the payment details and reason. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
