Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC)

The following are the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) applicable to the research services provided by AD Streetbulls Research Services. These are in addition to the detailed terms of the client agreement and the disclosures available on this website.

1. Registration & administration. AD Streetbulls Research Services is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (SEBI Reg. No. INH000012254) and is administered by BSE Limited (Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body — RAASB).
2. Nature of services. The Research Analyst provides research reports and recommendations in securities. Recommendations are advisory in nature; the decision to act on any recommendation rests solely with the client.
3. No guaranteed returns. The Research Analyst does not offer or promise any guaranteed, assured or fixed returns. Investments in securities are subject to market risks; past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. No handling of funds or securities. The Research Analyst does not accept or hold any funds or securities of clients for the purpose of investment. Clients must never transfer money for trading/investment to the Research Analyst.
5. Fees. Fees are charged only for research services and are within the limits prescribed by SEBI. Fees are payable through recognised banking channels to the designated account of the Research Analyst, and a valid receipt/invoice is provided. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Mode of communication. Recommendations and communications are shared through the agreed channels (such as email or messaging). Clients should rely only on communication from the official contact details published on this website.
7. Conflict of interest. Any material conflict of interest relating to a recommendation, including holdings or financial interest in the subject security, will be disclosed as required.
8. Confidentiality. Client information is kept confidential and is used only for providing services or as required by law / regulators.
9. Termination & refund. Either party may terminate the services as per the agreed terms. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Risk & suitability. Clients should assess the suitability of any recommendation in light of their own financial situation and risk appetite, and may seek independent advice.
11. Do's and Don'ts. Deal only with the SEBI registered Research Analyst. Do not share trading account credentials, passwords or OTPs with anyone. Beware of any entity promising assured profits in the Research Analyst's name.
12. Grievance redressal. Complaints may be made to adstreetbulls@gmail.com. If unresolved, escalate via SEBI SCORES (https://scores.sebi.gov.in, toll-free 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575) or the ODR portal (https://smartodr.in/login). See our Redressal of Grievance page.
